Welcome — I’m Teresa DiPanfilo, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a background in education. I have experience supporting and empowering adult clients in various life stages. I am passionate about helping you regain hope for new beginnings by supporting you through your journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.

Having a more satisfying life is the cornerstone of “Living with Purpose.” Through self-reflection, we can discover, heal, and grow toward a better understanding of ourselves.

We’ll create a safe and supportive environment where you can work through life’s challenges, deal with life experiences, and focus on managing the present day — to begin living a life of intention.
